Finding it necessary and expedient to create a Trust to work for the upliftment of the society, particularly the weaker sections, on 22nd January 2005, then Archbishop, the Most Rev. Dr. Daniel Acharuparambil executed a Deed of Trust, namely, “Educational and Charitable Trust of Archdiocese of Verapoly”. The main objective of the Trust is to impart higher education and training with special focus on marginalized sections of the society. The Most Rev. Dr. Francis Kallarakal, the present Archbishop of Verapoly, builds up on the great legacy of Archdiocese of Verapoly and Albertian Institute of Science and Technology (AISAT) – Technical Campus is the newest venture of the Trust.

 
The general administration of AISAT is carried out by the team consists of the Manager, the Associate Manager and the Director.
